It started simply… with a love for curry. In Thailand, the street food stall is a daily ritual. Every morning before work, we stop for ‘Khao Gaeng’ rice topped with our favorite curries. Fast, comforting, and full of flavor.

But bringing that authentic taste to America wasn’t easy. We spent years working in Thai restaurants, collecting recipes, tasting, and testing… yet something was still missing. We couldn’t find the one.

So, we turned to our best friend, a Thai chef, for advice. That’s when we discovered the heart of her passion.

We never knew that his love for cooking didn’t start in a culinary school… It started as a child, in a small kitchen, determined to make the perfect Green Curry for his father. That childhood memory became her specialty. Knowing this, we knew we had to join forces.

Fueled by friendship, supported by our families back home, and traveling thousands of miles from our roots… We built this place in Monterey to share that story with you. The deliciousness, the craftsmanship, the variety, and the fun of true Thai Curry.
